Policies at Lexington House

Lexington House reserves the right to charge all guests a minimum of one night's stay if the reservation is canceled within 7 days during the Summer Season.

If cancellation is outside 7 days, Lexington House reserves the right to charge a minimum of $75.

THIS IS A PET-FREE, SMOKE-FREE FACILITY. THERE IS NO SMOKING INSIDE THE INN OR OUTSIDE ON THE PROPERTY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION IN ADVANCE!

In the spirit of preserving the comfort and charm of Lexington House, guests are kindly asked to leave their room in the same tidy condition in which it was received. Should additional cleaning or repairs be required, a minimum fee of $100 may be assessed.
