• A Full Hot Breakfast is served Friday thru Sunday: 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. • A Continental Breakfast is served Monday thru Thursday: 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. • Sweets, Coffee, Teas, and Beverages Are Always Available Daily in our Parlor Room • Check-In between 3 - 7 p.m. Please confirm specific arrival time via email or text • Private Baths are Included with Each Room • Complimentary High-Speed WiFi is available • Check-Out is at 11 a.m. Reservations: Reservations: It is our goal to make this process as easy as possible. Make your reservation online or by telephone. Room rates will be confirmed, and payment will be taken either when you call us or when you've completed your reservation online. Deposits: A $75 deposit is required at time of booking. The full balance is due upon arrival unless booked within 7 days, then full amount is paid for in advance. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and cash. A credit card number will be held on file in our secure point of sale system upon your arrival for incidentals charged to your room throughout your stay. Rates: Our room rates are based on single or double occupancy. They may change without notice. Taxes/Fees of 9% are NOT included. Seasonal demand may affect minimum stays. Pets: We have a NO-PET Policy at this time. Non-Smoking: For the satisfaction of all of our guests, the Lexington House property INSIDE AND OUTSIDE will remain SMOKE-FREE. If it has been determined that smoking occurred in your room during your stay, GUEST(s) will be charged up to $250 to have the smoke odor professionally neutralized.
